3) When using, the current is too large to exceed the rated current of the LED lamp, which will cause some components in the LED drive power supply to burn or be broken down.

4) The "water mist" problem of LED lamps, the phenomenon of water droplets and water mist appear on the inner wall of the outer cover after lighting up for a period of time. LED lamps are generally assembled from several different materials. For example, the heat dissipation part of the lamp cup is made of metal, and the lamp cover is made of plastic. The lamp will generate a certain amount of heat during operation, and the thermal expansion coefficient of different materials is different. After long-term use, different materials will be joined When used in a relatively humid environment, the temperature inside and outside the lampshade will be different, and the heated gas inside the lampshade will be cold at the lampshade. If the gas contains more water vapor at this time, water will be produced. The phenomenon of fog and water droplets will disappear after continuing to light up for a period of time. Therefore, the humid environment is also a factor that affects the life of LED lamps.

 


LED usage rules and maintenance methods:


1. After buying back the lamp, do not install it, read the installation instructions carefully, and then follow the installation instructions to follow the lamp, otherwise it may be dangerous.


2. Do not change the structure of the lamp during cleaning and maintenance, and do not change the parts of the lamp at will. After maintenance, the lamp should be installed as it is, and do not miss or wrongly install the lamp parts.


3. When using lamps, try not to switch frequently. Although the number of switching resistance of LED lamps is about 18 times that of ordinary fluorescent lamps, too frequent will still affect the life of the internal electronic components of the LED lamp, thereby affecting the life of the lamp.


4. Special attention should be paid to that, except for special LED lamps, ordinary LED lamps should be avoided in humid environments. , Humid environment will affect the electronic components of the LED lamp driving power supply, the electronic components are damp, and the lamp life is shortened.


Therefore, moisture-proof is the key to lighting maintenance, especially LED lights in toilets and bathrooms and stove headlights in kitchens. Moisture-proof lampshades must be installed to prevent moisture intrusion, rust damage or leakage short circuits.


Finally, it is best not to clean the LED light with water, just wipe it with a dry cloth dampened with water. If you accidentally touch the water, try to wipe it dry as much as possible. Do not wipe it with a wet cloth immediately after turning on the light.

1) Ordinary LED lights cannot be used in the circuits of dimming desk lamps, delay switches, and induction switches.


2) Avoid using in high temperature and high humidity environment


3) The inside of LED lamps is mainly driven by power supply. It is recommended that non-professionals do not assemble, disassemble and assemble by themselves to avoid dangers such as electric shock.


4) LED lighting fixtures are generally used when the ambient temperature is 5-40°C.


5) Chemical agents such as polishing powder cannot be used at will on the metal parts of LED lighting fixtures.


6) The dust behind the LED lighting fixtures should be cleaned with a dry cloth or duster.
